Ralph Rants About how retarded people are, that they can't make a decision on whether or not they can make a party once they get an eVite. So much so, that they won't even open the eVite because they think Ralph expects them to make the decision right away or they will die. In Ralph's defense, he doesn't think they're that busy that they can't make up their mind in a reasonable amount of time. Because if they were, they would know if they could make it or not.
